Please read the following guidelines so we can ship you your Face Shield®, Frost Tech Fleece Mask or Silicone Rings as quickly as possible:
The original damaged product must be provided (photo or physical shipment).
If you have any questions, we will replace your product at no charge.
You only need to pay for shipping.
SA Co. Sunglass Lifetime Warranty
SA Co. eyewear is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship. Upon receipt of a warranty claim, we will repair or replace your SA Co. eyewear (please note the warranty coverage defined in the "Limited Warranty" paragraph). Each warranty claim is subject to a processing fee (covering return shipping and handling) plus applicable taxes.
The domestic warranty claim processing fee is $19.99 per pair (covering return shipping/handling) plus applicable sales tax for shipments within the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
International warranty claim processing fees apply for shipments outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico and vary depending on geographic location. Please contact SA Co. Customer Service for more information on warranty processing fees outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Please note that we do not accept cash, checks or money orders as a form of payment.
SA Sunglass Lifetime Limited Warranty
SA Co. will repair or replace all SA Co. sunglasses that are defective in material or workmanship during the life of the product. SA Co. will only replace an SA Co. sunglasses with the same or reasonably equivalent style SA Co. sunglasses if, in SA Co.'s sole discretion, it determines that the SA Co. sunglasses are manufacturing defective and cannot be repaired.
All warranty claims reviewed by SA Co. are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to qualify for the Lifetime Limited Warranty.
Shipping costs to SA. Co. are the responsibility of the customer. Each warranty claim is subject to a handling fee (covering return shipping and handling) and any applicable taxes. Please visit warranty.safishing.com for handling fee details and other limited warranty information.
SA Co. Limited Warranty Exclusions
The SA Co. Sunglass Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, lens scratches, hinge damage, accidental damage, misuse, or any other problem that SA Co. determines is not a defect in materials or workmanship (“Non-Warranty Damage”). For information about SA’s Non-Warranty Damage repair program, including applicable fees, visit repairs.safishing.com.
SA Co.’s Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

SA Co. Sunglass Repair Program
If your SA Co. sunglasses require any type of repair that is not covered by the Limited Warranty, your SA Co. sunglasses can be repaired for a fraction of the price of a new pair of sunglasses.
To begin the repair process for Non-Warranty Damage, click on the link below and complete the repair form. You will need to send your SA Co. sunglasses (at your own expense) back to SA Co. for evaluation.
SA Co. Apparel Product Warranty
All SA Co. apparel products come with a 30-day warranty.
SA Leash, Apple Watch Bands, Dog Collars and Leashes Warranty
Our products are made from high-quality, durable thermo-elastomer materials to withstand extreme adventures. This means that if your dog collar, Apple Watch band, leash or buckle breaks or wears out from normal use and no longer functions properly, we will replace it within 90 days.

Is your product damaged and/or non-functional?
Within 90 days, we will replace your product at no charge. Simply email Support@LillianGomez.shop with a photo of the damaged product, proof of purchase, a brief description of the damage and/or wear, and confirmation of your shipping address. A customer service specialist will assist you with a replacement within 1-3 business days.
Is your product fading? Is the beautiful design fading? Is your hardware fading?
Within 90 days of your purchase, we will replace your product at no charge. Simply email help@sateam.company with a photo of the faded/discolored product, proof of purchase, and shipping address confirmation. A customer service specialist will assist you with your replacement within 1-3 business days.days.
*Please note that damage caused by chewing or severe scratching does not qualify as a "faded" replacement. SA is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of any SA product. Our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property such as electronic devices and/or other personal property. Products that are broken, stained, or damaged by personal property are also not covered by our warranty.
