Processing and Shipping Times
Our shipping process is designed to ensure that your products arrive promptly and reliably. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing and tracking information to be updated after you place your order.
You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Standard Shipping: 10-14 Business Days
Priority Shipping: 7-10 Business Days
After shipment, Standard Shipping typically takes 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and Priority Shipping takes 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on your location. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated while your package is in transit. Tracking numbers are typically updated every 24-48 hours, but there may be occasional delays in shipping. Thank you for your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If your tracking information doesn't update within a few days, don't worry - your order is likely still on its way. However, if tracking information has not been updated for more than 6 business days, please contact our customer support team and we will do our best to assist you.
Sales Tax
Most states require state sales tax at rates set by state, county, and local governments, depending on the zip code of your shipping address.
If your shipping address is in one of these states, applicable sales tax will be added to your total and displayed at checkout unless you request an exemption and your order is processed accordingly.
