For our domestic SA team members,
Please allow 20 business days before processing the following:
Invalid address: If your address is invalid, please contact us to confirm. Address adjustments and re-shipping fees may apply.
Dead letter: If the tracking information shows "dead letter", we will re-ship at no charge.
Missing or wrong item: If you are missing an item or received the wrong item or size, don't worry! We will send you a return label to resolve the issue at no charge.

Please allow 20 business days before processing the following:
Tracked to country: If you have paid for this shipping method, we need your package to be returned to us before we can re-ship. Re-shipping fees may apply. Please refer to the international shipping policy and link below:

Usually delivers within 7-10 business days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 25 business days or longer due to the geographical location of certain countries.
SA is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.
Customers assume all responsibility.
Most packages ship within 48 hours.
Priority & Express: If you do not receive your package and your shipping address is incomplete or invalid, please contact us to verify your shipping address. If a change of address is required, reshipping may incur a fee. If you do not receive your package and we do not receive the return package for more than 20 business days, we will reship it free of charge.
Please note: We can only reship international orders once.
Refund Process
We will only refund the cost of the product if the tracking number shows an update.
If the tracking number is never updated, we will refund the full amount.
Please note: Domestic customers must wait 20 business days after the last scan. International customers must wait 20 business days after the last scan.
Please note: After the refund, it may take 7-10 business days to be reflected in the payment method used when you placed the order.
